We recruit teachers and administrators at all experience levels and in all academic fields for elementary, secondary and private school jobs. Some teachers come directly out of college or graduate school, while others are in mid-career or are very experienced. Many of the teachers and administrators we have placed are themselves running schools today.

Our Process.

We connect schools with teachers and administrators by referring candidates' credentials to schools according to the criteria that the schools have listed with us. Throughout the hiring process, our staff works with both our client schools and our candidates to facilitate the perfect fit.

Our clients are the schools; they list their position openings with us and ask us to find them teachers and administrators. Therefore, the schools pay our fees, not candidates.
