Getting Started:

Welcome to Carney, Sandoe & Associates! The first step in becoming a job-seeking candidate with CS&A is to complete our online application. Please click the Apply Now button on the right to begin your job search. Completing the application is the only way to gain exposure to thousands of teaching and administrative jobs at hundreds of private, independent, charter, and like-kind schools.

Once we have received your application, we will determine if we can be of assistance in your job search. Our placement associates evaluate your candidacy based upon a variety of criteria including: teaching experience, history working with children, geographic preference and flexibility, education, and familiarity in a given subject area. Teacher certification is not required.

Our internal application review process is typically completed within two weeks, so you should be hearing back from us shortly.

Experienced Placement Staff: How We Work

Each placement associate at CS&A works in a specific subject area. For example, one person handles all the Spanish jobs, and likewise works with all our job-seeking Spanish candidates. The same holds true for each of the other subject areas, including administrative areas such as admissions, development, dean and division head positions. This personal focus allows our associates to know you – the candidate - in greater detail and, more importantly, know the specifics about your job search and how to match you appropriately with targeted job openings.
