The Westminster Schools in Atlanta, Georgia has retained the CS&A Search Group to assist in filling two key leadership positions -- the Principal of the High School and the Principal of the Elementary School. Both positions will commence in the summer of 2011.
With an enrollment of 1,850 in grades K-12, Westminster remains one of the country's most exceptional independent schools. Each division is quite large and requires confident, self-aware leadership. The school is focused on candidates who are collaborative in their orientation, well-informed about the latest trends in brain research and who embrace experiential, discovery-based learning. Beginning this morning, all our active job-seeking teachers and administrators can now access and view their documents online, directly through their online CandidateConnect account! "This is a substantial upgrade to our CandidateConnect system," says President Devereaux McClatchey. "It will definitely improve the online user-experience for all our job-seeking teachers and administrators. It empowers them to take more ownership of their candidate dossier. In fact, all of the enhancements we implemented were the result of the feedback we received from our candidates over the course of the last three months."

We continue to work with a growing number of schools overseas, particularly in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. CS&A has worked with international schools and candidates for the past 30 years; however, our involvement in the international market has increased dramatically since 2007.
We work with international schools that follow a US curriculum and/or the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum. This subset of schools is quite often interested in hiring American-trained and educated teachers.
Since 2007 the number of placements we have made overseas has grown by 300%.
The Search Group has recently completed the American School of Bombay (India) search with the appointment of Craig Johnson, Head of American School of Brasilia (Brazil), and has international searches in their final stages for Middle School Principal and Advancement Director at Hong Kong International School. Other recent Head appointments include schools in Greece, China and the United Arab Emirates.
