Both a hiring conference and a professional development symposium, the goal of FORUM/Diversity is twofold: to help those from underrepresented groups find their best-fit jobs, and to offer robust professional development around topics of equity and inclusion in schools.
Carney Sandoe is inviting our school partners, candidates, and friends in education to share their knowledge and expertise through live sessions, pre-recorded videos, or written articles. This is an opportunity to contribute to the growing portfolio of best practices in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) in schools and a chance to help schools advance their work by connecting with other educators and thought leaders.
Selections will be determined on appropriateness of the topic, level and type of content, and expertise of facilitators.
Professional development sessions will take place January 24-28, 2022. (The hiring portion takes place January 27-29, 2022.)
