Announcing our 2020 Hiring Conferences

2020 Conferences

As we like to say this time of year: IT'S GO TIME!

That's right, hiring conference season is upon us. We've spent the summer and the beginning of fall chatting with future teachers at college and universities, getting a deeper understanding of our client schools by visiting their campuses, and educating ourselves at industry-specific conferences and symposia. Now we're shifting our focus to the hiring season ahead by announcing our 2020 Hiring Conferences!

Each winter and spring, we host a series of teacher and administrator hiring events in cities across the United States. This year, we're excited to be offering nine dynamic events for schools and job seekers:

CS&A@TABS – BostonDecember 6, 2019

FORUM/Diversity – PhiladelphiaJanuary 31 & February 1

FORUM/Los AngelesFebruary 7

FORUM/BostonFebruary 14 & 15

FORUM@NAIS – PhiladelphiaFebruary 26-28

FORUM/San FranciscoMarch 6

FORUM/New York CityMarch 13

FORUM/Southeast – NashvilleMarch 20

FORUM/Washington, D.C.April 3

Our hiring conferences are opportunities for CS&A candidates and schools to connect easily and efficiently. Candidates get the opportunity to meet with multiple hiring schools in one location in a day of pre-scheduled interviews. Schools enjoy the similar benefit of being able to interview many qualified and interested job seekers at once.

This season, we welcome the return of CS&A@TABS, our boarding school focused conference held in conjunction with the TABS Annual Conference this December in Boston. For anyone interested in working at a boarding school, this is an event not to be missed! Boarding schools from across the country will be on site ready to interview with motivated job seekers. We'll also be featuring a slate of speakers from boarding schools and opportunities to refine your interview skills and resume.

FORUM/Diversity, now in its sixth year, will again be hosted in the great city of Philadelphia. This two-day event is a combined hiring conference and professional development symposium around topics of diversity, equity, and inclusion in schools. Our keynote speakers will be Dr. Dena Simmons, Assistant Director of the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence, and Dr. Anthony Jack, Assistant Professor of Education at Harvard University and author of “The Privileged Poor.” Read more about our speakers here.

Registration is officially open for all our conferences! Click here to find the details of each individual event and here to view hotel information. We can't wait to see you this season!
