This Southern California hiring conference will be held on Friday, February 7 at the Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. Regional in nature, this particular conference attracts mainly schools from Southern California and other areas on the West Coast. The event is open to all CS&A active candidates and hiring schools.
What is a Hiring Conference?
Each winter, we host a series of faculty and staff recruitment conferences across the country that connect job-seeking candidates with hiring representatives from a variety of K-12 independent, private schools. Each conference is a day of consecutive pre-scheduled 30-minute interviews between candidates and schools. For a job seeker, this is the best way to get your foot in the door at multiple schools and make connections with school leaders and hiring managers.
