Register for our Virtual 2021 Hiring Conferences

We've got some big news to share about our hiring conferences: we're going virtual in 2021!

It's our favorite time of the year, when we help connect hundreds of Carney Sandoe candidates with K-12 independent, private, charter, boarding, and like-kind schools. Although conferences will look a bit different this year, we are nevertheless excited for our 2021 conference lineup.

What's New?

This year, all our conferences will be held virtually over multiple days and — while they are normally region-specific — will be global in scope, welcoming job seekers and schools from all over.

Our seventh-annual FORUM/Diversity, a combined faculty and staff hiring + professional development event, has been expanded to include three days of hiring and two weeks of professional development on topics related to equity and inclusion in schools. Our most popular event, this year it will feature even more opportunities to participate in meaningful and important work around DEI.

We have also added a new event, FORUM/STEM & Innovation, which will focus on hiring related to science, technology, engineering, math, computer science, maker space, and innovation. This conference will also include a week of professional development for schools and job seekers.

What's the Same?

Just like our in-person hiring events, our virtual hiring conferences give schools and job seekers the opportunity to connect easily and efficiently. We're using the same scheduling platform from our regular conferences to offer you a seamless, easy, and efficient virtual experience – the same type of experience you've come to rely on and expect from Carney Sandoe.

Even though they are taking place virtually, the general format of our conferences hasn't changed either. Each event is still structured as two or three days of 30-minute interviews that a pre-scheduled by schools. Candidates can view registered schools and open positions, and send messages of interest to schools in the Conference Module.

The Conference Module is an online portal used by schools and candidates who have registered for the event. Within the Module, schools browse the profiles of any registered candidate and decide who they wish to interview (or we can build your school's schedule for you!). Candidates can use the Module to show their availability, browse the list of schools that have registered and the positions they are hiring for, and send messages to schools alerting them of your interest in a particular position or their school in general.

How Can I Register?

Job seekers: You must be an active Carney Sandoe candidate and in touch with your Placement Associate in order to attend the hiring portion of the event. Register for free in CandidateConnect (registration includes access to the professional development). If you're not a current candidate, apply today.
