This week we’re also going on school visits in Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C., Oklahoma, Missouri, Florida, New York, and Colorado. These visits, which we do each fall, allow us to better understand new schools that come on board to work with us and past clients who we may not have visited in a few years. We love going on school visits for many reasons. They give us a better sense of a school’s environment and hiring needs so we can better match candidates to open positions. They also inform us of any major changes in programming, facilities, or academics that might be useful when working to make the match.
Finally, this week CS&A will be in attendance at the Independent Schools Association of the Central States (ISACS) Annual Conference in Chicago, as well as the Learning and the Brain Conference in right here in Boston.
As we get ready to head into our busy hiring conference season, we’re enjoying this time on the road meeting with future educators, colleagues in education, and partner schools!
