Implicit Bias Training – Hiring Teams & Admission

Our Implicit Bias Training workshop is a transformative and interactive session designed to raise awareness and foster understanding around unconscious biases that may influence decision-making and behavior, particularly within the structures of a hiring, leadership search, or admission process. Participants engage in thought-provoking discussions, experiential activities, and self-reflection exercises aimed at uncovering and addressing implicit biases. This 90-minute session is structured to look at levels of bias from both a cognitive and experiential approach, while equipping participants with practical strategies to mitigate their effects.

Inclusive & Equitable Hiring Training

The Inclusive & Equitable Hiring Training workshop is designed to equip all members of a school’s hiring teams (including, but not limited to, heads of school, senior administrators, division heads, department chairs, human resource professionals, and others) with the knowledge and tools necessary to cultivate a more inclusive and equitable hiring process. Through a combination of foundational training, interactive exercises, and dialogue-led discussions, this three-hour workshop focuses on allowing school hiring teams to be committed in enhancing efforts of creating a more diverse workforce by addressing systemic barriers and fostering a culture of inclusivity.

DEIB Practioner Coaching

With the changes to the role and scope of work for DEIB practitioners, it is important to ensure that these members of our communities are supported in various ways. The DEIB Practitioner Coaching service is a personalized, one-on-one dynamic program designed to provide the needed support and guidance to professionals in the DEIB field, helping them navigate complex challenges and advance their impact within their school communities. As former DEIB directors themselves, our experienced coaches work collaboratively with DEIB practitioners to enhance their leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive meaningful change. The coaching service focuses on providing real-time feedback and thought partnership, while being tailored toward addressing specific organizational contexts.

The DEIB Campus Assessment service is a comprehensive initiative designed to evaluate and enhance your school’s DEIB efforts. Our team conducts a thorough and nuanced assessment of campus policies, practices, and culture, providing valuable insights to drive positive change. The service is tailored to address the unique challenges and opportunities within the educational context, promoting an inclusive and equitable environment for all members of the school by soliciting the voice of students, faculty, staff, parents, and alumni.

DEIB Board of Trustees Training

Our DEIB Board of Trustees Training workshop is a specialized program designed to equip board members with the knowledge and skills necessary to champion DEIB initiatives within their schools. This half-day interactive workshop is customized to a school’s approach and DEIB journey and delves into the foundational contexts at the governance level of fostering a deep understanding of the role trustees play in shaping an inclusive organizational culture.
