    Matthew Cloud Director of Advancement, Appointed for 2024

    Canterbury School is pleased to announce that Matthew “Matt” Cloud will serve as their next Director of Advancement. Matt comes to Canterbury from the Casady School in Oklahoma City, OK, where he has been the Director of Campaigns since 2017.

    Canterbury School is a co-educational day school offering a college preparatory education to nearly 800 students in early childhood through grade 12. The school is located on two campuses totaling 70 acres in the heart of northeast Indiana.

    Adriana Matzke Director of Enrollment Management, Appointed for 2024

    Columbus Academy is pleased to announce that Adriana Matzke has been appointed as their new Director of Enrollment Management. From 2002-2021, Adriana was at The Blake School in Minneapolis, where she most recently served as Associate Director of Admissions. She is currently the Director of K-12 Outreach and Engagement at World Savvy, a Minneapolis-based nonprofit.

    Kristin McAndrew Director of College Counseling, Appointed for 2023

    The Columbus School for Girls proudly announces the appointment of Kristin McAndrew as their next Director of College Counseling, effective July 2023. Kristin leaves St. Michael's College in Vermont where she has served as Vice President for Enrollment and Marketing since 2019.

    The Columbus School for Girls is the only all-girl, Pre K-12 school in central Ohio. Home to 500 students, the mission is to empower girls to discover their distinct potential as learners and leaders.

    Kimberly Cullen Dean of Advising, Appointed for 2022

    Culver Academies is pleased to welcome Kimberly Cullen as their next Dean of Advising, effective this July. Kim has 25 years of experience as a school leader, educator, consultant, and coach. Last year Kimberly ended an impressive 26 year tenure at American School of Madrid where she served respectively as Internal Accreditation Coordinator, Development Head & Community Liaison, Guidance and College Counselor, Dean of Students, and most recently Upper School Director. Kimberly holds a B.A in Religious Studies from Hamilton College, an M.A. in Hearing Impaired Education from University of Hertfordshire, and an M.S. in Human Services/Counseling Studies from Capella University.

    Mother McAuley Liberal Arts High School is thrilled to announce Carey Temple Harrington '86 as the next President. No stranger to McCauley, Carey is an Alumna and the former Vice President of Institutional Advancement (2013-2021). During her tenure as VP for Institutional Advancement, she led the current Future Ready capital campaign to raise more than 6 million dollars, becoming the largest fundraising initiative in school history. Most recently, Carey served as Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicagoland & Northwest Indiana, where she developed donor opportunities and stewarded sustainable relationships with corporate partners. Carey also served as Director of Major Gifts at Nazareth Academy High School in Illinois.  She holds a B.A. in Journalism from Marquette University and a Mini MBA Certificate in Business Administration from Loyola University of Chicago.

    Merry Sorrells Head of School, Appointed for 2022

    Principia School is excited to welcome Merry Sorrells this summer as their next Head of School. Merry has served as head of school at two faith-based, private schools for 14 years, St. Martin's Episcopal School and St. Paul's Episcopal School, both in Louisiana.  In addition, she has worked as an assistant head of school, director of advancement, and director of admissions. She is currently interim associate head of school at Casady School in Oklahoma City. Merry has experience as a founding board member for a charter school and also as a board member for three private schools. She has served as president of the board executive committee of the Independent Schools Association of the Southwest. She also served as secretary of the board for the Southwest Association of Episcopal Schools and was on the Standards Committees for both of these associations for several years. Merry holds an Ed.D. in Executive Leadership from University of Holy Cross, an M.Ed. in Education Administration from University of New Orleans, and a B.A. in International Relations from Principia College.

    Sycamore School is proud to announce John Huber as their next Head of School. Most recently, John served as the Interim Head at the Waverly School in Pasadena, CA. During his year at Waverly, he increased fundraising and developed policies and procedures for the school’s future growth. He has over 28 years of experience in independent schools, and was previously the Head of School at the Emerson School in Ann Arbor, MI and Barnesville School in Barnesville, MD. John is a graduate of Cornell University (B.A., classics) and Villanova University (M.A., educational leadership). He also completed the Klingenstein Heads of School program at the Teachers College of Columbia University.

    Located in Indianapolis, Indiana, Sycamore School is a private day school for gifted children in grades PK-8.
