Bill’s primary work with CS&A is to lead the Executive Coaching Practice. All executive coaches, including Bill himself, are certified through the International Coach Federation and Columbia University, and they work with heads of school and other senior administrators. On occasion, the work is in consulting with boards and board chairs on board/head of school relationships and best governing practices.
Currently, Bill carries a portfolio of, on average, six to eight head of school clients, each of whom contracts with the coach for a year-long engagement.
Bill’s previous experience has included teaching, coaching, chaplaincy (he is an ordained Episcopal priest), Assistant Head of School and Head of School at the Potomac School (VA)VA, and then as President of The Westminster Schools (GA) for 23 years. Bill retired from Westminster in 2014.
