Beth McArdle

Managing Associate; Director of Professional Development and Training; Placement Associate: Mathematics

Beth McArdle joined Carney, Sandoe & Associates in 2006 and currently serves as Director of Professional Development and Training for the Placement Group. In addition to leading internal training efforts, she conducts teacher placement for the mathematics field.

Prior to joining CS&A, Beth worked as a Staff Attorney for the California Administrative Office of the Courts: Center for Families, Children, and the Courts. After relocating to Massachusetts in 2003, she became the founding Executive Director of the Massachusetts Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Association, supporting state CASA programs in recruiting and advocating for children in the foster care system.

A graduate of Miami University with a B.A. in Political Science, Beth earned her J.D. from California Western School of Law. She has served on the board of Massachusetts Citizens for Children since 2003 and enjoys playing co-ed street hockey through the Boston Ski and Sports Club.
