Todd Gochman is a Senior Placement Associate at Carney, Sandoe & Associates. Since joining the firm in 1999, Todd has worked with hundreds of independent schools to support their hiring needs, specializing in the recruitment of K–12 science educators and department chairs. He also leads the firm’s Business Office practice, placing Chief Financial Officers, Directors of Operations,  and Human Resources professionals.

Todd brings a thoughtful and collaborative approach to his work, drawing on more than two decades of experience guiding candidates and schools through the hiring process. Prior to joining CS&A, he served as Director of the 12–13-year-old division at Camp Tohkomeupog, an all-boys summer camp in New Hampshire that he also attended as a camper. He spent a year living in Colorado before returning to New England to begin his long tenure at the firm.

A graduate of the University of Vermont, Todd holds a degree in history and fondly remembers his time in the Green Mountains, both in the classroom and on the ski slopes. He currently lives in Marblehead, Massachusetts with his wife, their two sons, and their loyal Labrador retriever.
