Lauren Mayfield
Director of Consultant Experience, Search Group
Lauren Mayfield is the Director of Consultant Experience for the Search and Consulting Group.
No stranger to independent schools, Lauren attended Hill House International Junior School, The American School in London, and worked at The Commonwealth School in Boston for six years prior to joining Carney Sandoe.
Lauren graduated from Endicott College where she majored in elementary education. She completed additional studies at SACI College of Art & Design in Florence, Italy, and ran four years of cross country where she captained the team her junior and senior years. She spent six years in Steamboat Springs, Colorado teaching skiing and working on a ranch before returning to Boston to complete her master’s in creative arts in education from Lesley University.
Lauren enjoys long distance running, writing children’s stories she hopes to one day publish, and spending time with her family on Cape Cod.
