Neil Johnson
Director of Database Management & Institutional Research, Search Group

Neil Johnson is the Director of Database Management & Institutional Research and manages database operations, research projects, and technology training within the CS&A Search Group. His work helps ensure the team has the tools, insights, and systems needed to run searches smoothly and effectively. He plays a key role in maintaining data integrity, streamlining workflows, and supporting team members in their use of internal tech platforms.
Prior to joining Carney Sandoe, Neil served as an Executive Assistant at Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education in Boston, where he supported daily operations and gained valuable experience in professional services environments.
Neil earned his bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. During high school and college, he spent his summers as a camp counselor at Camp Farley on Cape Cod, where he led several departments including Archery, Nature, and Arts & Crafts.
In his free time, Neil enjoys film, writing, music, and exploring the world of video game development.
