Cassie Franco-Camacho is a Placement Counselor at Carney, Sandoe & Associates, where she leads Physics searches and supports Beth McArdle on Mathematics searches. In this role, she communicates with STEM candidates on a daily basis, focusing on finding positions that might be a great match for both the candidates and the schools. She originally joined Carney Sandoe as a member of the Operations and Conference Teams before stepping into her current position on the Placement Team.

Cassie’s previous experience was higher education focused, working for both Harvard College and the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Cassie was the House Administrator at Leverett House before joining Carney Sandoe, where she supported the Faculty Deans to plan, implement, and manage a variety of House events for students, faculty, administrators, and alumni, while overseeing the student housing operation. Prior to working at Harvard College, Cassie was a member of the Marketing Team within the Professional Education branch of the Harvard Graduate School of Education where she focused on marketing initiatives for professional education programs for educators that would either take place on campus at HGSE or online.

Cassie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Connecticut, and a Master’s in Educational Studies from Tufts University. She lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Cassie has been a CS&A team member since 2022.
