Operations Assistant

Join the nation’s largest and most successful educational recruitment firm! We’re a driven, collaborative team working at the intersection of education and business, and we’re looking for an energetic Operations Assistant.

What You’ll Do:

Answer phones and provide professional, friendly customer service
Assist with special projects
Handle administrative and clerical tasks, including database work

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree (required)
Customer service experience (internship or part-time experience counts!)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and various database tools
Professional demeanor, sense of humor, and hard working
