Beth Dietz is a Consultant for the firm’s Academic Leadership and Head of School Practices, as well as our Catholic Schools Practice.

Recent searches include administrator searches at Kent Denver School, Savannah Country Day School, Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart, and Deerfield Academy and Head of School searches at Bishop Fenwick High School, Catholic Memorial, and School Year Abroad.

Beth began her career at CS&A in 2006, joining the Placement Group after a year living out West following college. Over the next six years, she advanced from Placement Counselor to Placement Associate, building expertise across a range of specialties including elementary and physics teaching, athletic director, and librarian searches. During that time, Beth facilitated hundreds of successful placements while cultivating lasting relationships with both candidates and schools.

Beth is a graduate of Middlesex School (Concord, MA) and Middlebury College, where she earned a B.A. in Art History. At Middlebury, she competed on both the varsity women’s squash and lacrosse teams, contributing to two National Championship squads.

Outside of work, Beth is deeply rooted in her community. She is a coach and board member for Weston Youth Lacrosse and spent eight years volunteering with Boston’s Urban Improv Mentoring Program. She enjoys skiing and hiking in the White Mountains and staying competitive on the tennis court — and above all, time with her husband and four children.
