Brenden Godino is the Recruitment and Operations Associate at Carney, Sandoe & Associates. In his role, Brenden collaborates with the placement team to identify and source qualified teaching candidates, leveraging job search platforms to support the firm’s recruitment efforts. Brenden engages early talent by attending and representing the firm at college career fairs and events, helping to build a strong pipeline of future teacher candidates. Additionally, Brenden works on the operations team by providing administrative support to the placement team, partner schools, and candidates to help ensure a smooth and positive experience for all.

Brenden earned his bachelor’s degree in public relations from Boston University and later completed a master’s in management at Wake Forest University. Before joining Carney, Sandoe & Associates in October 2024, he worked in public relations and social media in both agency and in-house roles. Brenden previously worked for a retail brand, where he supported internal communication initiatives and assisted with social media content creation and planning across various digital platforms. He later joined a public relations agency, where he planned social media content, wrote news pitches, and coordinated media outreach for clients in various industries. Over time, he discovered a passion for recruitment and decided to pivot his career in that direction. Brenden currently resides in Boston, MA.
