Greg Britton is the Chief Operating Officer of the Search & Consulting Group at Carney, Sandoe & Associates, where he plays a key role in the day-to-day operations and long-term strategy of the division. In this leadership position, Greg oversees personnel, services, technology systems, risk management, financial performance, and organizational growth.

Greg joined the firm over 20 years ago and has been instrumental in advancing its consulting and search services for schools across the country. His work helps ensure the firm’s internal operations remain strong and aligned with its mission to support client institutions and candidates with excellence.

Greg’s professional journey began in Washington, D.C., where he worked at the law firm Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering (now WilmerHale). He later transitioned to public relations, working at Miller/Shandwick Technologies in Boston before bringing his strategic and operational expertise to Carney Sandoe.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Vermont. Greg lives on the North Shore of Massachusetts with his wife and their two young sons.
