Jessica Wright joined CS&A in 2015 and currently serves as Director of School Services. In this role, she oversees key operational and strategic initiatives for schools engaging with the firm’s Placement Group. This includes managing data, facilitating professional development offerings for school contacts, overseeing the school side of our hiring conferences, and leading the school visit program. Jessica plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and thoughtful experience for school partners across all points of engagement.

Jessica serves as Vice Chair of the firm’s DEIB Steering Committee, which leads CS&A’s internal efforts by offering regular sessions for all staff on topics related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. She has collaborated on the evolution of programs such as FORUM/DEIB and the Women’s* Institute. Promoting equity and inclusion has been central to her work, and she is passionate about helping both her colleagues and school communities experience continued learning.

On the leadership search side, Jessica has contributed to a number of successful Head of School searches across the country, including Holderness School (NH), The Brearley School (NY), and Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School (GA).

She lives in Salem, MA with her husband, daughter, and their cat, Leo. Outside of work, she enjoys pop music, reality television, and reading everything from gripping thrillers to thought provoking biographies.
