Karson Baldwin is a Placement Assistant supporting LeeAnn Villani and Maria Gustaferro in placements for Elementary/Early Childhood Education, Library, Studio Art, Special Education, and Program Director roles.
Karson graduated from Harvard College with a degree in History & Literature in 2025 and joined CS&A later that year. Before joining the team, Karson spent 6 months in La Misión, Mexico teaching English at an after-school program. His connection to independent schools began as a student at University School, where he founded an award-winning buddy program centered on language acquisition and social connection for immigrant and refugee youth in the Cleveland area. He has long been passionate about equity and belonging within education and is thrilled by the opportunity to help schools find the talent they need to foster flourishing and welcoming communities.
Outside of work, Karson loves poetry, an eclectic range of live music, and the Baltimore Ravens.
