Kim G. Bagley is the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Conferences at Carney, Sandoe & Associates, where she leads operational strategy, budget management, and staff development. Since joining CS&A in 2000 as an Operations Associate, Kim has risen through the ranks—becoming Associate Director of Operations in 2005, Director of Operations in 2006, and Director of Operations and Conferences in 2010—before being named Managing Associate in 2012.

In her current role, Kim leads efforts to streamline operations through innovative technologies, manages hiring and on-boarding processes, and organizes faculty recruitment conferences held annually across the country. Her commitment to organizational efficiency and team development plays a pivotal role in the firm’s continued success.

Beyond her operational leadership, Kim is a founding member of CS&A’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Forum, playing a key role in embedding DEI values into the organization’s culture. She has been instrumental in making DEI a foundational part of Carney Sandoe’s mission and daily practices, helping shape a more inclusive and equitable workplace and client experience.

Kim is also the founder of the Women’s Institute*, launched in 2017, which focuses on empowerment, mentorship, and personal and professional development for women in education. Her passion for building supportive communities and amplifying underrepresented voices continues to drive her work both internally and across the broader educational landscape.

She holds a B.A. in International Business from Suffolk University. Kim and her family live in the small beach town of Jamestown, RI.
