Kim G. Bagley is the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Conferences at Carney, Sandoe & Associates, where she leads operational strategy, budget management, and staff development. Since joining CS&A in 2000 as an Operations Associate, Kim has risen through the ranks—becoming Associate Director of Operations in 2005, Director of Operations in 2006, and Director of Operations and Conferences in 2010—before being named Managing Associate in 2012.

In her current role, Kim leads efforts to streamline operations through innovative technologies, manages hiring and on-boarding processes, and organizes CSA’s institutes. Her commitment to organizational efficiency and team development plays a pivotal role in the firm’s continued success.

Beyond her operational leadership, Kim has played a key role in building CSA’s hiring conferences from the ground up. Each season, she is instrumental in developing and coordinating each forum so that job seekers and schools alike can experience this unique opportunity to meet face-to-face during the hiring cycle. Her passion for building supportive communities continues to drive her work both internally and across the broader educational landscape.

She holds a B.A. in International Business from Suffolk University. Kim and her family live in the small beach town of Jamestown, RI.
