Hiring Conferences

2021 Hiring Conferences: We're going virtual.

Our 2021 hiring conferences have been reimaged into a series of virtual, national events. Just like our in-person hiring events, our virtual conferences connect job-seeking candidates with hiring representatives from a variety of K-12 schools.

Because schedules are so busy, each conference will now span multiple days. We are also adding a new event focused on STEM and innovation, and extending professional development offerings so both schools and candidates have opportunities not just to interview, but to learn and grow.

easy, efficient, and effective.

We're also using the same scheduling platform from our in-person conferences to offer you a seamless, easy, and efficient virtual experience – the same type of experience you've come to rely on and expect from Carney Sandoe.

What happens at a conference?

Each conference is a day of consecutive pre-scheduled 30-minute interviews between candidates and schools. Schools can interview multiple qualified candidates quickly and efficiently, and job seekers get the similar benefit of being able to meet with many different hiring schools.

Who can attend a conference?

Conferences are open to K-12 schools and active Carney Sandoe candidates who are in regular contact with their Placement Associate.

The conference allows for schools to engage with teachers who are at various points in their teaching careers. Whether the teacher has been in the field for 20 years, is a career changer, or is someone starting out in the teaching field, this conference permitted me to engage with teachers across the spectrum of possibilities.
