Hiring Conferences

Easy. Efficient. Effective.

Each year, CS&A hosts a series of faculty recruitment conferences across the country that connects job-seeking candidates with hiring representatives from a variety of K-12 schools.

At our conferences, schools can interview multiple qualified candidates quickly and efficiently in a single convenient location, and job seekers get the similar benefit of being able to meet with many different hiring schools in one day. Conferences are a great way for candidates to network with different types of schools, hone their interview skills, and have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with their Placement Team.

Each conference is a day of 30-minute interviews between candidates and schools, and most events feature some type of panel presentation during the day. Past topics have included interview tips and tricks, advice for rookies, and a resume round table session given by current CS&A staffers.

Conferences are open to K-12 independent schools and active CS&A candidates.

Our 2018 conference season has ended. Dates and locations for 2019 will be announced this fall.

In 2018, we held events in Los Angeles, Boston, New York City, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C. We also held our annual FORUM/Diversity event in Philadelphia, LINK@NAIS in conjunction with the NAIS Annual Conference in Atlanta, and CS&A@TABS in conjunction with the TABS Annual Conference in Boston.

The conference allows for schools to engage with teachers who are at various points in their teaching careers. Whether the teacher has been in the field for 20 years, is a career changer, or is someone starting out in the teaching field, this conference permitted me to engage with teachers across the spectrum of possibilities.
