Beth Dietz
Beth is a Consultant for the firm’s Key Administrator and Head of School Practices, as well as our Catholic Schools Practice.
Recent searches include administrator searches at Ensworth School (TN), Fay School (MA), National Cathedral School (D.C.), and Ransom Everglades School (FL) and head of school searches at St. Joseph School (MA), Swift School (GA), and Academy of the Sacred Heart (LA).
Previous Experience
After spending a year out West after college, Beth moved back home to join CS&A’s Placement Group in 2006. Over the next six years, Beth served the group as both Placement Counselor and then as Placement Associate, and she was responsible for elementary and physics teaching hiring as well at athletic director and librarian placement. Beth helped facilitate hundreds of successful hires and managed strong working relationships with both candidates and schools.
Education & Interests
Beth graduated from Middlesex School (Concord, MA) and then went on to Middlebury College where she earned a B.A. in Art History. While at Middlebury, Beth was a member of both the varsity women’s squash and varsity women’s lacrosse teams, including two National Championship squads.
Beth loves spending time with her family that includes her four children. She loves skiing and hiking in New England and still enjoys athletic competition on the tennis court. She is a coach and board member for Weston Youth Lacrosse and she spent eight years working with Boston’s Urban Improv Mentoring Program.
