STEM Teaching Jobs

Let CS&A help you find your next STEM teaching job.

What is CS&A?

We are an education recruitment firm dedicated to matching teachers and administrators with jobs at K-12 private and independent schools across the United States.

Since 1977, CS&A has helped more educators “make the match” with independent schools than any other organization in the country (more than 33,000 to be exact, but who's counting?).

We fill positions in all STEM areas, including math, the sciences , technology, computer science, maker space, engineering, and more.

How does CS&A find me a teaching job?

Step 1. Build a job seeker profile. We want to understand everything about you and your job search motivations. Where do you want to live? What type of school community is important to you? Where do you see yourself thriving? What skills or experience do you want to highlight? Your profile allows us to get to know you beyond your resume.

Step 2. Work one-on-one with your Placement Team. Based on your profile and through phone and email conversations, your dedicated Team presents you with positions at schools that match your specific needs and requirements, as well as those of the hiring school. They serve as your sounding board and confidant throughout the entire personalized process, ensuring they find you a job that is a great fit.

Step 3. Connect directly with hiring schools. When you're interested in any of the roles your Placement Team sends you, they connect you directly to the hiring school so you don't get lost in a pile of resumes. If a mutual interest is established, you'll go through the normal interview process with the school, but your Team is there to guide you every step of the way and advocate on your behalf to the school.

Why would you want to search for a job in any other way?
