CS&A makes it a full-time job to know as many people in the education community as possible—to know what kind of work they do, who does it well, who the promising or proven leaders are, and what their professional goals look like. Our Consultants work to keep you fully informed about all of your candidates in a search so that you can make the right decision for your school.
Our commitment to equity and inclusion surfaces in our team’s dedication to consistently increasing diversity in schools and colleges by providing access to a multifaceted candidate pool. Our network comes in part from having recruited and placed hundreds of persons of color to work in independent schools across the country and around the world and from our FORUM/DEIB event we hold each year. Additionally, all head of school searches include the option of engaging in implicit bias training for search committees at no extra cost.
I want again to express my profound and sincere thanks for all you have done throughout the search, Ben. For me, there was a special bond that developed among us. When we first met, you may recall that I emphasized we were looking for true partners in the search. That is exactly what we got. You were also an adviser, guide, cheerleader, traveler from remote places, and realist. Your patience inspired me, and you put up with the many demands I placed on you. You educated me about a world that was largely unfamiliar to me. You guided us to a successful conclusion. I would like to thank you for your friendship and all that you have done.Ronan Harty The Packer Collegiate Institute See More Success Stories
