Exciting Announcement: CS&A’s Inaugural Diversity Forum

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our Inaugural Diversity Forum, this January 24, 2015 at the Loew’s Hotel in Philadelphia.

Like our seven other FORUMs, this event will serve as both a hiring conference and also a professional development and leadership symposium. The goal is to help faculty of color find their dream jobs and inspire them to dream big and pursue leadership roles in K-12 schools.

We have already lined up an extraordinary slate of leaders of color who will facilitate a variety of professional development discussions and seminars. Job-seekers and aspiring leaders will be given the opportunity to network with these leaders, build their professional networks, and find the right professional match with schools that are passionate about and committed to diversity.

Many common themes unite even the most disparate independent schools: the need for quality teachers and motivated students, the desire to produce students of integrity as well as intellect, and the tension between progress and tradition, to name a few. In recent years, one topic in particular has been at the collective forefront of independent school minds, discussed at length in conversation, atevents like the NAIS People of Color Conference, in our own office, on Twitter, and in countless visits to our client schools. Diversity is an ever-important issue for schools and candidates—and one that we’re committed to discussing and assisting as much as we can.

Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to engage with inspiring educators who care about diversity. Register today!
