I want again to express my profound and sincere thanks for all you have done throughout the search, Ben. For me, there was a special bond that developed among us. When we first met, you may recall that I emphasized we were looking for true partners in the search. That is exactly what we got. You were also an adviser, guide, cheerleader, traveler from remote places, and realist. Your patience inspired me, and you put up with the many demands I placed on you. You educated me about a world that was largely unfamiliar to me. You guided us to a successful conclusion. I would like to thank you for your friendship and all that you have done.

Bob Regan and Carney Sandoe are absolutely the best at what they do. In our case, that task was to find, recruit, and hire a new Head of School. The search process was inclusive, timely, and extremely professional. Bob’s ability to manage personal relationships was extraordinary! It allowed for very in-depth interviews with all our constituent groups and provided us with significant insight into our specific needs for the new “face of our school.” Once the real work began, Bob never left our side.
