Who is Carney Sandoe?

Our mission is to help teachers, administrators, and leaders find jobs they love at K-12 private, independent, and charter schools nationwide.

We have helped more educators find their perfect job than any other organization in the U.S. (more than 33,000 to be exact, but who's counting?).

How does Carney Sandoe find me a job?

You'll work one-on-one with a Placement Associate who is a subject matter expert in your area of interest. This Associate will be your contact person, advising and guiding you throughout the job-finding process.

Your Associate will take the time to carefully understand who you are and what you are looking for, then send you curated job opportunities that fit what you're looking for — saving you the hassle of sorting through thousands of job postings.

And, our service is completely free.

What types of roles do you fill and at what kinds of schools?

We fill elementarymiddle, and high school level roles in all subject areas, as well as staff and administrator-level roles. We also help schools hire senior administrators and leaders.

Our partner schools include K-12 independentprivatecharterboarding, and like-kind schools (non-public) nationwide. If you're not familiar with independent schools, check out these five reasons to work at one.

I am emailing to thank you, my Placement Counselor, and the rest of the team at your company for your help in my job search. Thanks to you all, I have recently accepted a fantastic position. When I applied to the same position through another service, my application was lost in the mix of others; however, I was able to get the first interview by applying through your service.
