Looking for your next teaching job? CS&A can help.

Who is CS&A?

We are an education recruitment firm dedicated to matching teachers and administrators with jobs they love at K-12 private and independent schools worldwide.

CS&A has helped more educators find jobs they love at independent schools than any other organization (more than 34,000 to be exact, but who's counting?).

How does CS&A find me a teaching job?

We’re a team of passionate professionals dedicated to helping great teachers find great jobs. With deep relationships with a wide network of schools (independent, charter, boarding, secular, nondenominational) across the U.S. and around the world, we know schools, their culture, their community, and their leadership.

Our approach to finding you a job is highly-personalized and authentic. Through phone calls, emails, and a collaborative experience, we get to know you beyond your resumé to understand your career goals and job preferences. Your dedicated Placement Team then presents you with customized opportunities at schools that match what you're looking for. We do the hard work of searching for jobs for you! Our ultimate goal is to find you the best-fit job at a school where you'll thrive.

Oh, and our service is completely free. Why would you want to search for a job in any other way? Read more details about the job search process here.
